★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service, they always try to find solutions and are extremely empathetic and helpful. Prices are very decent, delivery is also very efficient. They have an ostomy nurse that takes appointments. They sell a diversity of products, you just have call and see if they have it or can get it. They have compression socks, catheters, mobility products, ostomy supplies, wound care and creams. They are well equipped and always ready to answer any questions with patience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been coming here and buying my products since I first had my stoma back in 2016 and without the amazing and kind service from Caroline and all the staff at Premier Ostomy I DO NOT know what I would have done or how I would have been able to take care of myself if not for their guidance, expertise and help... In particular, from Caroline and Diane.
Having a stoma is not an easy thing to get used to or except, but Caroline, Diane and all the staff at premier Ostomy made the transition very easy to deal with by answering my numerous questions day after day/month after month and still until today almost 4 years later i'm still receiving the support as if I were a new customer.
I can only give a 5 star ratting because it only allows me that option. Caroline, Diane and all the staff are the GOLD standard and I thank them for all that they do for me, it is greatly appreciated and will never be forgotten.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I had an appoinment with the nurse to help my mother in law choose her ostomy bag and flang. I cannot tell you how wonderful nurse Diane made us feel. It can be very overwhelming making this choice and choosing the right one. My mother in law and I were so fustrated with the companies and trying so many samples . Thank god I found this place and Nurse Diane!!!!!! She really knows her stuff and has a wonderful way of making the customer understand the product and gives special tips to operate the product.She is god sent and offered us peace of mind. I can see my mother in law so releived and at ease when we left. Thank you again staff of Premier Ostomy, and a special thanks to Nurse Diane, she is truly an amazing person and Nurse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little over two years ago, I left the hospital after having my bladder completely removed due to cancer. I left with samples, and a list of stores of where to by my ostomy supplies. I was clueless and scared to say the least. One of the stores on the list was Premier Ostomy Centre, and I decided to give them a try. Two years later, and that is still one of the best decisions I have ever made. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Not only do they take the time to explain and answer any questions you may have, they do so in a way that lets you know you are not alone! I would highly recommend Premier Ostomy Centre to anyone and everyone.

With all going on it the world, every site and store that i visited was out of stock and/or had questionable quality chairs. I fell upon Premier Ostomy and I can't thank them enough for their user friendly site. All the products are clearly indicated and easy to see/read about usage. Within 15 minutes my product was purchased...easy and hassle free with the security of knowing that if something should go wrong they are easy to contact and super friendly.
