★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give them a zero honestly. I've work in cell phone sales before and NEVER lied to my customers. My sister's phone has not made a year. Literally a few months ago. I bought it with the intention that she is covered with their bogus insurance. They tell you to cancel after 4 months apparently that's how long it takes for them to get their commission and you to be screwed over. I now have a cracked screen that's not working for an iPhone x that's cost over $1000. They're the worst. Please don't go there and the fake niceness is even worst.
