★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They might have a very good service, but absolutely no professionalism on their part. Went there last week to repair the home button on my iPhone 6s, but they never mentioned that losing the touch ID would cause massive battery drainage - a vital piece of information (and well known by the tech community I now find out) that would have changed my mind about doing the repair. Something every professional IS SUPPOSED to do.
Went back there two days later and they never even admitted that the repair was the issue, asking instead if the home button was working and stating that that's what I wanted; so they put another home button and apparently checked for defects on the battery (which had absolutely no issues before - over 30 hours of battery life) and surprise surprise the problem still persisted. My phone that was in perfect condition now drains over 15%/hour and has been rendered useless. Would put 0 stars if I could, would not return, would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel horrible to do this, but I rewriting my glowing 5* review of Device Care. After Stephanie brought my phone back from death I was ecstatic. However I noticed that since she changed the battery it drained very quickly, so a week later I took it back. Paul changed the battery under warranty, and then it stopped working. He maintained that the screen was dead and needed to be replaced, although it was working fine before I got there. Since I was travelling and needed the phone back and functional immediately, I paid an additional $70 for the new screen (I had previously paid $55 for the battery). So I ended up paying $125 for repairs on an iPhone 5S which is probably not worth that much anymore, and it still needs to be plugged in every 5 hours.
I am sure this was an exceptional case, but it did leave me very disappointed. My advice would be don't deal with Paul, wait until Stephanie is back (she's the reason I am not giving 1*). Or just go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service from Stephanie . She was professional and knowledgeable , always with a smile ! She replaced the battery on my old IPhone for a fraction of the cost that Apple would have charged . She also took the time to see if all was good as I was transferring my old phone to my sister. The phone works well . They sell great cases for the phones as well , good quality within a reasonable price range. ! Definitely worth it !

She not only fixed it within an hour but she also cleaned the speakers (something I'd been having problems with) and now the sound quality is much much better. Overall, great service - friendly, fast and professional. Would recommend Device Care 100%

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place! Very professional, highly competent and generous staff. This should be your first choice for any problem with your phone. Was having increasing difficulty in charging my iPhone 7 and bell/apple solutions were either replace or have all my data wiped out... until I was saved by this fantastic shop with a quick free of charge clean up. Any serious reparations I have in the future will definitely be done here and I strongly recommend it to all!
