★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BAD EXPERIENCE go to VIRGIN mobile next stall or VIDEOTRON. i was Inquiring about a tablette plan , the person i was talking to, said he was going to ask manager , he asks manager in french , and the person i was talking to did not tell me the reply of the mamger but started to entertain another customer who jist arrived .... I waited , and then had to interupt with his other client .... And the answer was No then ignored me again and conti ied to talk to other client .... Why could this person not have said that ( it tales 2 seconds ,instead of ignoring me since i not a potential client right now , btw i was also looking for another phone for my business but not dealing with this company until improvements ..... Worse customer setvice will be posting this in my network and tell my friends " Wave Sans Fil " food court Eaton centre / espace restos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best service I have ever received in my entire life! Mathieu Belanger and his team went above and beyond in preserving customer satisfaction. I received a call from them recently that my contract I got two years ago was reaching its terminal phase and Mathieu recommended I renegotiate the phone pricing plan to avoid paying the hefty cost associated with buying a phone on contract. The man actually took the time to contact his customers to try and help them save money! Bon travail Mathieu et compagnie!
