★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leon is a stand up guy who gives outstanding customer service. Super knowledgeable about watches and understands customers' concerns no matter how big or small. Feels good to find someone not just trying to make a quick buck off you.
The store is nice and carries a few noteable mid-tier brands, such as Seiko, Oris, Tag Heuer, and Longines. The selection is moderate but they are able to order any model you may want for you. Would highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a ring here around 4 months ago. One of the 4 ties of the ring breaks.
My gf bring the ring, they take it and repair it. After repairing it they ask for a fees of 20$ and contest the fact that we are for nothing into the break, which they can't prove. We don't do any extreme sport and it was just probably a problem of finition covered by warranty.
The person at the front apologies and my gf leave with the ring. Later, the owner call us, accuses us of having break the ring, that it is impossible that it broke by itself and refuse to be responsible for the warranty. I told her about legal warranty and she kept being disrespectful without letting us talk. We hanged up.
So for refusing to perform a simple warranty or a ring, you lost two customers and earn a bad review on google.
Also, if I had see before that the only positive review were posted by local guides, I would not have bought the ring there.
One star however for offering to lift up taxes and defrauding the government.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is sub par, not eager to assist, I went in 2 weeks ago two younger guys were working, they didnt seem lile they wanted to help they preferred just chit chatting, I felt like I was interrupting them, which is the opposite way to feel when you walk into a store. I bought a watch band that clearly was too big the straps were too long, I bought it anyways but realized quickly after I really didnt enjoy the long strap, they should have never showed me something that wasnt the right size. I went back to see if I could exchange and they were not even accommodating and just agreed that " yeah the strap is too long" but didn't suggest any solution. Wont ever return to this store. Hire people that actually want to help your clients

Days after placing an order, I got a follow-up from Leon who was very professional and understanding of the social situation. The delivery was smooth, but upon close inspection, I had to get it exchanged due to a slight imperfections. Again, Leon personally handled the exchange in a reassuring manner and days later I had in my hands a mint time piece as I wanted.
