★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very good experience! Kelly, one of the sales lady helped me through my purchase and was very listening. I really felt that my needs were taken in consideration. I didn't feel pressured to buy. You could feel that she loved was she was doing. And even though we are wearing masks, I could see her smile and positive energy all along! Thank you for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely love this store! I am allergic to metal, so I was only ever able to wear expensive solid gold or silver jewelry. I was so happy when I discovered Pilgrim, the quality of this jewelry is amazing for the affordable price. The pieces are gold/ silver plated and free of lead and nickel so I do not react to the jewelry. The staff are also incredibly friendly and welcoming at the store. I have been very happy with the earrings that I purchased from Pilgrim and will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a regular costumer and it so happened that I came to exchange one of my earring set that has an ear cuff. I asked the girl to adjust it for me and she told me that they don’t do it. However, when I got the set before, the girl that worked there kindly kept adjusting it for me so that it doesn’t fall off. When I explained it to this girl she was very rude trying to shut me up. Not sure of her name but I went in on Sunday May 22 at 2:30pm. The clientele is usually AMAZING but this girl was straight up RUDE.
