★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am editing my review because I found out that the reason why I was made to wait for 1 hour was because the previous patient before me potentially had an important issue with his brain and the optometrist was trying to contact the hospital to get him to see a neurosurgeon. I understand this was an extraordinary case which required extraordinary measures. It would have been nice to be explained this perhaps ~15 min into my wait time because it was really frustrating to wait for an entire hour without any satisfying explanation (other than that the previous patient is still with the doctor).
I was happy with the service I received at this optometrist after I finally saw the doctor and would go again.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Do not go to this optometrist. They will make you pay money if you are late to your appointment, yet they won’t respect your time when you arrive at the appointment on time. I had an appointment at 2 PM and have been waiting for 1 hour in the store. I find this utterly unacceptable and disrespectful.

I found this Optometrists on google and I'm really happy with the three services that I got starting from emergency exam ending to glasses. Dominic she is a great technician and loves to answer all of your questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a bit of a long story but two weeks ago I came to Zyeu for an eye exam for new lenses. It had been two years since I got my previous lenses and my vision had gotten worse.
The test done was the standard eye exam you get with some nice, interesting, and kind of fun pretests before the actual exam for them to have for your profile.
Because I was keeping my lenses it took a week for my lenses to get shipped in and when they did they had it swapped within the hour, as advertised.
Earlier today, I was in a minor bike accident that caused my glasses to break. They frames actually cracked, the lenses themselves stayed fine. But since I needed new glasses, I went. They booked me in day of and I had a frame chosen in just 30 minutes. Their selection is great!
On top of the excellent customer service, they gave me a discount on my new frames/lenses since I had just gotten the "new" ones just a couple weeks back. Lastly, they put my broken frames back together temporarily until the new glasses come in.
Before I choose Zyeu as my eye doctor when I moved to Montréal, I was debating between two other stores. My positive experiences here have made me even happier of my choice and hope this helps other people choose them if they're just starting for the first time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here after my glasses broke. My girlfriend was satisfied with her glasses that she bought here so I gave them a chance and in a couple of days they had my glasses ready. I was really shocked by the speed of the service. Very satisfied!

Minh-Thi La is amazing: I was short on time due to a last-minute change in my work schedule, but she was able to conclude a full exam within the constraints. My appreciation and gratitude goes towards specialists who are able to accommodate clients' needs!
They have a nice selection of frames too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my 10+ years of wearing glasses and having glasses made, I have never quite experienced such an amazingly well coordinated service such as the one I got from Zyeu.
Appointments are needed and honoured here and as soon as it is your time you will be properly walked from one process to another. Everyone explained the procedures carefully and clearly.
When it was time to see the doctor they were highly knowledgeable and understanding to my situation and offered as many options as possible. They gave all the tips and tricks that I can ever do to help better my eye health.
In choosing the frame I was allowed ample time to try things on and they were suggesting good options too! I never felt hurried or pressured in any way.
The absolute shocker to me was the fact that when you choose a frame, thee will be someone who will then carefully measure the frame on your face and will customize those frames. Specifically for YOU.
I am so so pleased with the team here as well as their selections and I wouldn't hesitwt to recommend them to anyone! I will now forever be a patient/client here! ?
