What an excellent service from Paule in helping me choose the right pair that could accommodate my progressive focus and that matched my face !! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis un client et j'ai dépensé des centaines de $$ dans cette succursale. J'ai demandé un ajustement sur mes lunettes actuelles et ils ont refusé de le faire car je ne les avais pas acheté là. A quelque pas de là Lenscrafter la fait avec sourire.
I am a customer and have spent hundreds of $$ at this branch. I asked for an adjustment on my current glasses and they refused to do it because I didn't buy them there. A few steps away Lenscrafter does it with a smile.

La vendeuse Liliane m’a bien conseillé et a pris le temps de bien m’expliquer comment prendre soin de mes lunettes et Paule, l’opticienne, me les a super bien ajusté. Tout le personnel était très cordial et sympathique.
I bought sunglasses without a prescription and had great service. The saleswoman Liliane gave me good advice and took the time to explain to me how to take care of my glasses and Paule, the optician, adjusted them very well. All the staff were very cordial and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have called and inquired whether BonLook changes plastic/silicon pads on glasses. The rep answered yes but I would need to make an apt because the Opticien himself does that. Since it takes about 5 mins to change pads and normally any technician can do so I was not impressed with BonLook.
