The service is very fast considering the lab is located outside Montreal. I would advise this store over big chains for those who like to upgrade their glasses more often than once every 2 years for pricing and quality reasons.

The quality of the material used for the lenses is a whole different story, the lenses are turning yellow already after three months. I asked at the store and the answer is that the lenses are made of poly-carbonate so it's normal for the lenses to turn yellowish after a while, which is total BS since I have much older prescription glasses made of the same material and are still clear with no yellowish after several years. So... good customer service but cheap material for the lenses.

I dropped by a few times and I always received an excellent customer service. The salesperson was really patient, smiling and provided good advice. It made me confident to try and spend time (a lot) before picking the right frame. I bought my glasses during the Boxing Day so I had a really good deal. They use Essilor lenses (good quality). The frames are also light and they have different styles. I'll see with time if the frame will last. My glasses were ready in a few days. I recommend!

Other than that they helped me choose the frame. I wasn't confused. Experts in finding the best frame for ur face. Don't change your frame if u r not sure bcoz u can do something if not changed within 30 days. Frame could be good but it maybe causing issues on ur face. Like making dent on ur nose. It happened for my mom. I'm client for 4 years. I would go back bcoz they r kind n friendly ,easy to b with. Does extra to help me m my mom. Thank you.
