s	sophie dominé on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive and bad service.. had to go back for another 30 mn to have my lenses checked because they omitted to tell me i had to wear them 3 hours before the exam...they wanted me to pay for another visit.. and you have to pay for another expense to open a file if you want to order lenses with them.. hum... no thanks. I won't be back! Despite the answer from the owner, I still maintain that it is an expensive place, since dilation in other places do not exceed 30 $.. They were not willing to give me the lenses verification for free.. they wanted to have my dilation done not to give me the free service. I had to wait for a couple of minutes at the reception before they finally checked my lenses.. I found the service poor and $$$ orientated, and overpriced.

I forgot the name of the lady who attended to me but she was so knowledgeable and honest. (plus she had amazing glasses on herself) Quality service with a smile. Their selection is extremely bold and exciting.. I know this sounds like a fake review but it's rare to come across an extremely personal and quality interaction in these days of quick mass produced retail experiences. (hence I sound so excited) I'm definitely going back to make another pair that I was having trouble deciding on.

We had the prescription sent to us by our doctor at home. I called a couple of places, which were not very helpful and didn’t have time to fit us in on our one day in the city. But this place was so nice about seeing her right away and giving her enough samples to last the trip. Lovely shop. Also, well located just three blocks from the W Montreal. Thank goodness they were there. Nice selection. I was tempted to buy some glasses for myself!

All staffs were exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. Had my eye exam done by Dr. Cécile and bought my first eye glasses on McGill st. Original and beautiful frames. Thank you for such a great experience.
