★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a pair of prescription glasses as a gift from a friend of mine from BC. When i got them I noticed that my vision was not focused. Since the pair of glasses was a gift I didn't ask them for a receipt or even tell them that it wasn't good for my eyes or wasn't making my vision better. I decided to go to LensCrafters because I lived in the states and LensCrafters are everywhere and their customer service was excellent well was I in for a surprise. I called the LensCrafters and ask them if they can check the prescription if it was correct the lady on the phone said if I didn't buy them from LensCrafters there's nothing that they can do I said well I got these as a gift they told me to go and call the people who gave me the gift and asked for a receipt well I think that's kind of tacky. I was willing to pay for them to check but they said no I guess this is not the same LensCrafters that I knew or I know it's pretty pretty bad customer service and I will never shop at LensCrafters again as I did in the past. Shame on you LensCrafters you should have checked those glasses and if it wasn't right hey I would have purchased another pair of lenses again horrible customer service I will never ever go in LensCrafters again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a pair on Ray Ban sunglasses. One of the lenses popped out of the frame. One of the customer service agents was nice enough pop them right back in for me in under a minute. She even cleaned my glasses for me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really good experience with lens crafters. I needed to repair my spectacles. It was missing a screw, they didn’t charged me anything. Staff was so friendly. I definitely recommend it if you have any issues with lenses

She did an extraordinary job returning my frames back to their original condition. I feel deeply blessed that she was working when I came into the store. Thank you, Sarah! Based on this positive experience, my next lenses will be purchased at LensCrafters!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the store as I needed some adjustments for sunglasses, and I had a great experience. Especially an optometrist Sarah, helped me with a friendly welcome, making my day. Unfortunately, I couldn't get help from where I bought my sunglasses, so I visited here. While I didn't purchase the sunglasses in this store, Sarah welcomed me. And she carefully took care of the sunglasses and fit them for me with professional care. I highly recommend this place, and I would like to revisit this place for my next purchases.
