I had broken my glasses and needed an immediate replacement, Paule helped me find a pair that fit the lenses I already had and did an amazing job and replacing the lenses. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and I left with a huge smile on my face!
Thank you once again to the BonLook team for all of their help.

Paule was so kind, patient and made sure you walked out feeling comfortable in your glasses. She did a really great job adjusting my glasses in the way that fits best my face and relieved pressure on my nose and temples that other Bonlooks were not able to do a great job. Thank you again to Paule and her amazing team! If you're in Montreal, let me save you a trip and go directly to her!

The staff is always so welcoming and eager to help. They listen to any concerns that you may have and are always quick to offer solutions. The optician was an absolute delight today. She was so sweet and kind and made sure that I left with glasses that I absolutely loved and fit perfectly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pair of glass a year ago and went back to check my glasses. The staff was super nice and helped me adjusted my glass frame. They found the shape of the frame wasn’t fitting my face shape well so they made good adjustments for free. Very good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This 5 starts means 10 to me! I had an amazing experience at BonLook Montreal Trust Store. I’ve ordered my first prescription glasses on Tuesday and by Sunday it was ready for pick up. The optician Paule was extremely friendly and helped me so much, explaining how to look after my glasses and what I should expect about the adaptation period. She also adjusted my old sunglasses for free. I highly recommend this store, the whole customer experience was fantastic.
