★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best customer service ever! I went at first to change my battery and after that the watch wasn't working well. The mechanism was broken, maybe an accident happened while changing the battery. So I went back a second time and explained my problem to the manager/owner. He took the time to listen and gave me a new watch of the same model, while staying really nice with me.
If you want an awesome fossil watch and a good service around it go there!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Don't do their job as they're supposed to and then made clients feel stupid and disrespect them. Manager is the worst. Have several products from here and will never buy again. Will discourage everyone I know from going to that store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing but great customer service everytime! Excellent quality products. Switched out my 30 year old Fossil wallet for a new one. That's how lasting the leather and hardware is! Purchased a purse three years ago, I've trekked it everywhere. Leather is still beautiful (not worn, not faded, not scratched). Well worth every cent - go treat yourself! ?
