★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience at this specific Rudsak was all in all, exemplary. The employee by the name of Regis, was an all star employee. He was readily available to help and answer my many questions, all in a professional manner but alongside a touch of personalism, making it such a pleasant experience. I was looking for a specific coat and size, and he went above and beyond in order to make sure I was fully satisfied. For any future Rudsak purchases, I would return to only this store in hopes of receiving services from Regis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I decided to spend part of my first full paycheque from my new job on my mom today and El-Haddad was great at making her feel comfortable in the store. He was super quick and he was always ready to help whenever she needed it. He helped her try on multiple coats and showed her a lot of variety. I could see how dedicated he is at his job and he made it a point to speak directly to my mom. She’s deaf and he was very patient by helping to explain the different sizes, quality and type of fur she was getting. He gave us wonderful packaging and my mom left feeling happy and excited to wear her new coat this coming winter.
