★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lors de ma visite à Montréal en octobre, je suis allé au magasin Laura Secord du Centre Eaton et j'ai mangé la Coupe Glacée tous les jours. C'était super. J'ai aussi acheté des tablettes de chocolat pour rapporter à mon amie aux États-Unis.
When I visited Montreal in October, I went to the Laura Secord store at the Eaton Center and ate the Coupe Glacé every day. It was great. I also bought chocolate bars to bring back to my friend in the United States.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tout petit endroit un peu mal situé. Les choix sont limités compte-tenu de l'espace. On connaissait autrefois Laura Secord pour ses chocolats mais on y vebd maintenant bonbons, crème glacée, friandises de toute sortes.
Very small place a little badly located. The choices are limited given the space. We used to know Laura Secord for her chocolates but now we see candy, ice cream, candies of all kinds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is pretty noisy out there and when I have asked the lady who was there (seems to be the manager) to repeat she answered me like sh...t and told me that she was tired of repeating for customers that are asking to. Really bad customer service experience.
There is 3 others ice cream stores next to this one and their customer service is way better. Shame on you Laura Secord to hire Manager like this one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supposed to open at 11. Was here at 11 waited 15 minutes. Walked around and came back to find a sign be back in 5. That was 10 minutes ago. This place is managed badly. Going to Lasalle instead.
