★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really wanted to love this place, but their prices are too high and the quality is varied. I like some of the things, but I got an ice cream bar there that was just terrible. I don't know if this is poor quality control or if they're always like that, but it certainly makes paying what they charge unpleasant if I can't trust that what I'm buying will be good.

I walked in because of the friendly gesture from the "lady" behind the glass....to walking out with a sense of warmth and joy. Our family went in to taste one of the treats on display and met a wonderful lady named J.J. Not only did she help us out in the store but she gave us a "treasure map" of the best places for our family to visit to complete the experience of Montreal. She truly was such a beautiful surprise to end off our journey through this beautiful city. Thank you so much J.J......❤ The Smith Family

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed at all... I walked by this morning around 11:30 because I wanted to buy chocolate for mothers day. First, the woman working was sitting on a chair on her phone and hardly noticed customers coming in, really professional... Second, they had nothing for mothers day and still had tones of Easter products on display. If you walk around the mall, Laura Secord and Lindt staff are always working and they have mothers day selections available. This isn't even the worst part, I saw a cockroach run across the floor! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
