Purchased a S22 Ultra with free watch on promo and Samsung Saint Catherines St. (Earons Center) is saying they did order the watch (that doesn't show on the bill) and that Samsung Quebec doesn't feel the need to post that info on the bill. Only the phone purchase is sufficient. They hide the watch, and Samsung Care number and the tracking number because they believe they Customer doesn't need to see it. All you can do is hope they call you back as they also conveniently ship it to their store and not the customers house. Sounds like more Quebec shadiness when it comes to transparency on bills. Save yourself the headache and if you can't walk out with the Phone and promo item, then buy it through your service provider or through the the Samsung Website. At least then you will get a tracking number and won't have to hope and pray on this sketchy process.

In praise of Lou: I spent six hours at the Montreal Eaten Centre Samsung store on Feb 25th 2022. There were issues getting the data transferred from my S9 to my new S22 phone. The problems mystified several sales personnel and then Lou got involved. Lou was able to sort everything out and was extremely resourceful, helpful and encouraging, and mostly, knowledgeable. He has worked for many years in repairs and as a technician, so if you have a complex problem, ask for Lou. Great guy, too!

I'd like to give 10 stars but only 5 is possible. Excellent service. Technicians very helpful. All questions answered and very good service. Zero pression to buy. I fell very happy with the service and the product. Thanks and I'd like to recommend this store for all that are looking for a good service.

Best costumer service that you can get. Jonathan got me the s21 ultra with a monthly plan for a very low price. He also got me the buds pro with a discount. Joy and Sophia helped me a lot by calling my phone provider when I had any bill inquiries. If you need a new phone and don't want to spend a lot of money on your plan go see one of these guys, they will help you and hook you with the best promotions. Also when there is any issue with your phone provider they are there to help you and do the work for you. A big thanks to Jonathan, Joy and Sophia !

Seriously saddened from the service received at this store. My husband went a little over 2 weeks ago to get the screen protector changed. They only had the mat one in stock and the employee who changed it for him said he can come back and replace it with the non mat one without any issues. Unfortunately, a few days after he went to the store we tested positive at home so had to quarantine. He went back today, past the 2 week frame because of quarantine, the rep that was present refused to change it stating he was past the exchange period. We are huge HUGE Samsung customers (6 Samsung devices all new generation, oldest one being 20FE), 6 smart watches, and let me not go into house electronics. It's not as if he was 1 month , 2 months over. Simply a little over 2 weeks. This is ridiculous with the world we are living in there should be a little more flexibility. This is not a way to treat consumers.

I had a great experience ! First of all I loved the diversity of the employees that's super important for me because representation matters. Everyone was nice good dynamic. I came in to the store and got complimented on my coat felt great! Everyone was nice. Shout-out to Nabeel, he did an awesome customer service. He answered all my questions and worked hard to help me find a product that was best for me. He was honest Overall great place

My Samsung A52 power button fell off. I brought it back to the place of purchase but was told that the phone was under warranty and to bring it to Samsung on St. Catherine Street. I make plans to go a week later but my screen goes black. I bring to Samsung and they look at it for 2 minutes and tell me it's my fault. The button fell off because of me. There's dirt in the Sim card case because of me. I must of dropped it or got water in it and the warranty is void. I asked him to fix it anyway and I'm told that there's no parts. It's going to be very expensive and will take at least a few days. And it's not worth it to fix. Just buy a new one. About 6 hours later, I'm at home about to transfer my data to an old LG I had, and my A52 comes back on. I was shocked. I put the Sim back in and everything works fine. I took it to a small repair shop and was told that the screen crashed. It happens sometimes. Wow. So obviously, Samsung employs people that have no idea about their own products. I should've known something was up when at one point, while I was waiting to be served, the manager walked by and stormed into his office saying how bad a manager he was. Overall, bad experience. Blaming the customer for damaging the product without even looking at it properly. Shameful conduct on the managers part. Never going there again.

No one greet up when we get into the store. We browse around for 10 mins and finally a staff came over and asked if we needed any help. Displays are neat, some are dummies and some are working actual products. Aside from cell phones, they have smart watch, tablets/ computer, charging cables, and other accessories.
