★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Changed battery for the tablet here. The tablet doesn't have any problem but all sudden, tablet has been totally broke down. Home button and any other buttons doesn't work, screen's frozen after 30 sec turn it on and shutting down by itself.
Even they use some cheap batteries which doesn't made from manufacture.
They said the battery has no problem, they are not responsible for they broke down the tablet so, no refunds available. Shouting to us they didn't anything wrong. Spent 30 min to get the refund finally. For me, it just feels like they think their customers do not know about electronic devices and fooling them. Disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service - came to get our phone fixed multiple times, got broken right after, gave them the benefit of the doubt and paid again until the last time where the screen stop working progressively after getting it fixed - they still asked us to pay 185$ again, which at this point if we had decided to buy a new phone from the first time it would’ve been cheaper. Huge scammers, and the guy at the shop that’s there after 5pm is just plain RUDE - he insulted us in Arabic in front of our faces, made fun of us thinking we didn’t speak Arabic. The most unprofessional, rude and disrespectful person I’ve ever met. Avoid at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Replaced the screen for my Xiaomi phone. Good and timely service. Not outrageously overpriced, but was pricier than I would have liked. Still...the fact that they had no problems with my phone (which wasn't a North American brand), I am satisfied with the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TRY YOUR BEST TO AVOID THIS PLACE.
My friend got her screen replaced at their shop and it stopped working after just 1 week. We went back and we were not treated the way when we were there the first time. The warranty is just a joke. They will try their best to ignore you once they got the payment.
If you really have to deal with this shop, I suggest to record your visit (video and voice).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EDIT: they used a knock-off battery, my phone goes down to 0% in just half an hour. I paid 60 dollars for it too, such a waste. DO NOT GET YOUR ELECTORNICS FIXED FROM HERE.
My phones battery expanded and I got a new one here. So far it seems legit. The service was amazing. The brown-skinned kinda chubby guy was the one who replaced my battery. He was really nice. He deserves a raise for sure.
