You can get your replacement glasses way cheaper on internet, but this one comes with a good warranty and a nice service follow-up. Plus they test all the features on your phone before doing the work to make sure they don't break anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ iRepair MTL customized both of my phones (iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus). Had my back housing changed from space grey to a matte black and gold. Awesome customization options and done in a very short time! They are specialists in their field! I recommend this place to anyone who wants to either fix their Apple products or just have them customized! Great job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was really nice! However, my phone was only ready 1.5 hours after the time they told me. Got my screen changed as well as the battery. I suggest you get the ORIGINAL Apple screen for iPhones. Their screen copy is complete s**t and cracked less than a month later when I placed my phone on a table. I have 2 other friends that the screen replacement broke effortlessly as well after getting their iPhones fixed at iRepair.
Like I said, nice people but bad quality replacement parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible customer service! I went in to get my Apple iPhone screen fixed. The person I made the appointment with quoted a price and said they would give me a 90 day warranty on their work although I told him I had, in the past, had my screen fixed elsewhere. When I went in for my appointment the first time, the guy told me they didn't have any screens, so to just re-make another appointment. So I agreed to come back again. When I can back again for another appointment, the new price was $30 more expensive and now they were unable to give a warranty for their work. The manager told me they had enough people needing their services and that I should just leave if that wasn't acceptable to me. All without any confrontation on my part. Really there are multiple better spots in Montreal that you can go to. Don't waste your time here.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Worst service ever. I brought my phone for repair, they took it and said it would take 2 to 5 days. The price was 399,95$ before taxes to repair front screen+LCD. After two months, I had to call multiple times to receive deceiving information about my phone. Once they had the piece and they just had to install it, another time they didn't order the piece yet (???), sometimes they did not answer, other times they just hung up the phone and never call back. After this long wait, the phone is finally ready, BUT, bad news, while they were repairing the front screen, they broke the back screen. Well, s**t happens, right? Except they wanted me to pay for the piece they broke!!!! ARE WE ON PLANET EARTH?????? I obviously refuse, and they finally accept to repair it for free. When I finally go ti pick up my phone, I sadly see it is all scratched everywhere, and the back was attached with SILICON, which means they did not order a new piece, but put whatever back screen they found and simply glued it on my phone. And last but not least, while repairing it, they did not clean my front camera, it was FULL of dust, making taking photos literally impossible! As a result, I had to bring it somewhere else and spend further money to change the back screen and to clean the camera. And I will leave you with one of the many poor statements of this business: "WE ARE NOT THE BAD GUYS HERE".
You seriously need to learn how to do business and treat your paying clients right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My iPhone had major charging troubles for the past few months. Being tired of dealing with this hassle, I decided to bring it to iRepair yesterday to get it fixed for good.
It was my first time there, and I can definitely say I'll be back if I need to. The guy at the counter offered to take a quick look, used a few tools to pick the charging port, and a few minutes later, I got my phone back fully functional. Awesome. Even better, he did it for free. Good too see that not all businesses are greedy these days.
Great service, friendly staff, and I even noticed their have a lounge/coffee shop if you have to wait for your device to get fixed. I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and friendly staff. I left my daughter's iPhone there and in approx. 1.5 hours the. new battery was installed and a new glass screen shield for under 100$ total! Every thing was done correctly and even a thorough review of the device was done before/after the repair!

The tech guy performed a thorough inspection and gave me an overview of every aspects of my phone. He was able to fix it within half an hour while I enjoyed a nice cappuccino. Didn’t have to leave my phone for several hours, saved 500$+ and my phone is now performing like new! This will be my go to place for every device that needs a repair. Thanks iRepair MTL!
