★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my beats headphones with a charging problem. After four different audio shops, all i heard was "not repairable" or "would cost upwards of $200" to repair, GSM repaired it for me on the spot for a low fee. Absolute professionals working there. Thanks again for the incredible service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my phone in mid-December to replace a broken sim-card tray. I was only asked for a phone number when dropping my phone off (not gonna complain, I like simplicity), only to be told later that I should have unlocked the phone for them to be able to verify the repairs were successful. Now I had to make 6 trips there because every time there was a problem!!!!! Only the second-to-last time was I told I should have unlocked the phone. Very annoying oversight for me, who had to do OVER 9 HOURS of public transit and pay 35$+ in transit fees on top of the 90$+ for the repair. It's worth mentioning that after my 6th and last trip, I thought the problem had been solved as finally my SD card (repairman had fixed the sim card recognition but not the SD) showed up on the phone. I was not so lucky, as starting the same day, it kept disconnecting every 2-3 minutes, making any recording and playback of media impossible. By his own admission, the repairman had originally "focused more on the sim card" to make sure it worked.
Poor communication, disregard for wasting paying customers' time, and sloppy work make me not even want to spend the time and energy to try to fix this damn problem further.
Thanks for nothing!

I paid $20 for them to "fix" my phone when it turns out the whole solution was simply to hold the power and volume buttons down at the same time (I figured this out later, on my own). This would have been fine if it weren't for the fact that they explicitly didn't tell me what the problem with my phone was, or their solution to it, when I had asked them. They don't care about you, just your money. Don't go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped off to get a tristar board repaired (phone no longer charged and battery was good). No one else would do this kind of saudering repair for us. He not only fixed it in one day but also replaced my son's screen protector for a very reasonable price!! Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent company! The lady on the phone is always sweet and very nice! Their prices are better than most cellphone repair shops. Attitude is great and better than most. What is most important is their work and the finished product. They fixed my phone screen and also, I am sure of it and without me even having to ask, helped me repair the hole for the phone plug that is used to charge the battery (the hole to plug to charge is always very looose and the wire falls to the ground or i need elastic to hold the charger). The lady who takes the call is really wonderful!
The guy answering, I gotta admit, can be somewhat intimidating when he answered the phone or in person, but deep down, he is a really good guy too. =)
In less than 3 months, I went back to bring them another phone to repair. And their attitude is great too this second time! I look forward being a loyal customer to them!
Keep up the good work, guys! Really appreciate you guys, thank you!
