★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful bagel sandwich. 8$ for a basic salmon, cream cheese and lettuce bagel. The bagel itself must be a couple days old as it's all dried up. Avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to MTL for a wedding this weekend and stopped into the store for some snacks and water, when we got back to the hotel and about the eat my snacks I checked the expiry date and 2 of 3 items were almost a year expired! (Chocolate and candy) How disgusting and completely against health and safety regulations! I can’t even imagine what else is expired, beware if buying things here, be sure to check the dates! Will never ever be stopping by there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live downtown and I have a dépanneur in my building but I always walk the extra 300 meters to this joint because not only are they the cleaniest dep but they also carry the best variety of goods. The new owners kept up with the quality and consistency of the old administration. Great service and my daily dose of smiles from the lady is a nice touch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people don't know how to give you your money's worth for a $7 sandwich. I had a ready-made sandwich with soppressata and there was only 4 slices of soppressata plastered with mustard and a little lettuce. When you bought the store from the previous owner you could have taken a lesson on how to make them. Stop ripping off the customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over priced. Staff is not friendly at all. Sandwich was fresh the time I tried it. Fresh veggies are often old. Selection is limited. 2 of the positive reviews on here are people who have only reviewed 1 place ever. Suspicious! Also weird that they have pictures of shoplifters all over the walls. I bet some of those people are innocent. Should be illegal to do that. Terrible vibes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cashiers are super nice and friendly. They seem to be genuinely excited to serve their customers. And they carry an interesting commination of deli items: Italian sandwiches sold next to dumplings, next to bean salad. A little bit of everything from everywhere. I'm glad that I got this dépanneur in my neighborhood!
