★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped off my Xbox one for repair. Recieved an email the next day telling me I had missed the original appointment (?). Waited a week and then called only to learn that they couldn't fix the problem and I should bring it to their other location. I picked it up and now it's back home gathering dust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my phone to get my front lense cleaned, they were extremely nice and did it for no charge. Staff was friendly and followed social distancing measures while still making the customer feel welcomed. Would definitely recommend! Thanks again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Other stores in Montreal didn't have the needed part, but they did. The representative was patient and courteous. Service was quick, and from what I can tell the workmanship was good. Price was lower than competitors. Hopefully never need their services again, but if I do I'd gladly do business with them again.

I have been received with a smile and my input was taken into consideration. I had already an idea of what was wrong with my phone, but the clerk found the source of my problem with ease and knew some of the specifics about preventing such problems in the future. Even though I had not in mind to change the battery as well, it turned out the fact it was starting to inflate prevented the clerk to provide a good repair. I was notified of it shortly and since the clerk knew I was trying not to spend too much on the repair, he gave me a rebate on the battery's price. The overall repair took less than an hour and my phone is now as good as new. I'm glad I turned to them to repair my Pixel 2. Hopefully I won't have to come back too soon, but I'll know where to go if I'm ever in need of a repair!
