★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEST customer service, hands down. When I popped in the shop to ask for a quote on a new charging port for my iPhone 5SE, Tony immediately knew the problem with my phone and assured me no replacement was needed. Rather than trying to sell a replacement, within two minutes they fixed the problem, FREE OF CHARGE.
Not only that but he cleaned it up nice and a placed a protective screen on it, once again, free of charge. I walked in expecting a quote on a repair and walked out with a fully functioning, clean and protected phone. Far beyond any of my expectations, I couldn't have had a better experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my iPhone in after I was turned away by Apple (insane waiting times) and then quoted a ridiculous price through their online service. uBreakiFix not only fixed my phone to near brand new condition, but did so promptly and economically. They're prices cannot be beat, nor can their customer service be topped. Overall, my experience with them was amazing. I would absolutely take my phone back to them, but hopefully, I won't have to. Thanks guys! I really appreciate the awesome service I received!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The charging port of my iPhone 6s had not been working for several weeks. As this was the closest location near me, I decided to pay a visit. Tony, the store manager, gave me a well deserved 11/10 service. I thought my phone had to be replaced, and that it would be costly, but Tony fixed my phone within 2 minutes and gave me great deal. He checked to ensure my phone charged and educated me on why it was not working in the first place. If you want a fast and quality service, I would 100% recommend going to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are very professional. My cell phones were all damaged back and forth, and he knew my model as soon as he saw them.
He also gave me an immediate answer on my question. Thank you for solving it right away, and the replacement work was very fast, too. It took less than an hour!
I didn't waste any money on repairs. GOOD LUCK!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tl;dr: Continuous false promises and had to deal with an extremely rude employee
I came in the first day, they said they're "backed up" and to come back tomorrow. So I go back the next day, they say they don't have the part. That's fine, they order it, I pay for it. They promise the part will come in max 2 days. 2 days later I call, they tell me the battery's not there yet but will definitely be there 2 days later. I check again 2 days later, they have the part! But they're "backed-up" again and will only fix my phone the next day and promise it will be done in an hour the next day. I say okay and come back the next day. They text me saying they have all the parts and I can come in to get my phone fixed. I arrive, they say they are missing the adhesive to fix my phone. They should have checked before having me come again but okay, I ask them when the adhesive will arrive. They say they will have it delivered the day of or the next day and that the phone will 100% be fixed the next day. I tell them respectfully "you've been telling me this for a while now, are you sure it will be fixed tomorrow? Can you double-check all the parts are really in?" and as a response I get my battery shoved in my face and was told to "read it and look how the part already arrived." Not gonna lie I wanted to cry at this point, but I said okay, I'll come pick it up in 2 days. They said for sure it will be repaired in 1 day. So in 2 days I call, they tell me they haven't gone to get the adhesive yet but that they will go get the adhesive and it will be done at the end of the day. How much longer would it have taken if I didn't call them to remind them to fix my phone? That day is today, hopefully it will be done?
Anyway, this was the worst experience ever, the only time someone was nice to me was when I called them, otherwise I kept being spoken down to like it was my fault they didn't get the part. You'd think after all this mess they'd offer an apology.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to uBreakiFix twice, once to get my iPhone battery replaced, and once to get my phone unstuck from the reset screen, which required getting a new home button. On both ocassions, I had gone to the Apple store first, and was told that my phone couldn't be fixed for one reason or another. When I needed a new battery, I bought one off Amazon, and they fixed it here with no problem. It was a bit trickier when my phone was stuck on the reset page, but uBreakiFix did everything they could, and succeeded in the end. My only criticism is that they could have been a bit better about sending me emails to update me about the status of my repairs, but I lived nearby, so I could check in person. Overall, I was very impressed!

On the spot repair, super friendly service, guaranteed work--really can't ask for more. No upselling, great price on tempered glass screen protector when you're getting a repair, transparent explanations. 5/5 stars, would definitely recommend.
They took care of my Pixel 3 and had it back to beautiful in about 2 hours. Had I known it was this easy, I would've taken it in weeks ago! Thanks!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic costumer service. Spilled coke on MacBook and it wouldn’t turn on (do not try to boot after liquid damage) brought it in for a deep cleaning and it worked perfectly! Saved a lot of money from having to buy a new one. 10/10would recommend
