★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bizarre. The number you are calling cannot receive incoming calls... so why having and publishing a number ?
In addition, flights, schedule and service onboard/offboard, juts stay away from Tunisair a nightmare, unless you have no choice!

I purchased a baby ticket along with 2 adults and they forgot to add the baby crib to Mom seat and I knew that would happen and called 4 days before the flight and confirmed with them that they’ll bring us baby crib and they didn’t when we onboarded the flight ? and the worst part was the checkin personnel said “it’s not my problem” whattt!!!! Unprofessional, rude, and highly UNRECOMMENDED!
Also the second flight was changed by the airlines the next day and they said we don’t know If we’re paying for your accommodation for this night and go talk to the airlines “same airlines” in Tunisia and see what they can do!! NEVER FLYING TUNISIA AIRLINES AGAIN!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really don't know why Transport Canada should allow an airline with no customer service to operate in Canada.
If you can't follow the regulation, you shouldn't have traffic right in here, period.
The phone is good and works well, but they just don't give a D... and simply disconnect your call even though you're bringing business to them.
Shameless.
I will never ever recommend a customer to book this stupid airline.
