Le pire service (ou plutôt absence de service!) que j'ai jamais vu. J'essaye de les joindre depuis 3 jours au téléphone pour un vol annulé et au bout d'une heure d'attente, ça raccroche automatiquement. Ne perdez pas de temps avec eux.. air france ce n'est plus ce que c'était.
The worst service (or rather lack of service!) I have ever seen. I've been trying to reach them for 3 days on the phone for a canceled flight and after an hour of waiting, it hangs up automatically. Don't waste time with them .. air france is not what it used to be.

Le service à la clientèle d Air France au Québec est très nul. Impossible de les joindre sur messenger ou sinon avec le numéro de téléphone nous arrivons à rejoindre quelqu'un si on à de la chance et c est très très long...puis sans avoir l information et après avoir donné mon numéro de téléphone au cas où ça couperait...l agent me raccroche au nez sans même me donner l information demandée et surtout ne m a jamais rappelé.....
Air France customer service in Quebec is very poor. Impossible to reach them on messenger or otherwise with the phone number we manage to reach someone if we are lucky and it is very very long ... then without having the information and after having given my phone number in case where that would cut ... the agent hangs up on me without even giving me the requested information and above all never called me back .....

AF cancelled my flight, no change possible on line. Trying to speak with a them all morning... they keep hanging up on me after 40-45 mn wait on the phone. Worse service ever!

I tried to book a deal, that showed me round trip total fees of 1037 CAD. After I filled up my information and reached the payment page it showed a total of 1900+ with a message saying that prices JUST got higher! I tried repeating the process many times but still the same issue. New way of tricking people?!

Air France is not there. They are in fact nowhere. They may appear at Dorval YUL when they have a departure. Or not.

The worst customer service I ever had the chance (or the curse) the deal with in term of flights. No single way to reach out to their poor services. 1 hour of waiting and customer time waste than, nobody answer. I will never use your MISERABLE services anymore even if you offer it for free.

THE WORST AIRLINES EVER, booked a ticket for nearly 1400CAD and requested a refund after less then 24hrs which from their information provided on their website would grant me a full refund, I received a total of 177CAD out of nearly 1400CAD, tried to reply to their email which they send the refund attachment from and never heard back from them, tried to call them multiple times, nearly for a month, 2hrs on hold and no one ever picked up the freaking call except for once and I think was by far the worst employee of the year, the call didn’t exceed the 10 secs they barely spoke any understandable English and transferred me to another department before even knowing the reason behind my call, I would never use this airline anymore and would never recommend to anyone. THE WORST AIRLINE EVER would give it a negative rating if possible
