★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have bad customer service, if you have 1 problem with then then nevermind getting any information or voucher. They say yeah we have vouchers and never accepts, you want to leave a complaint to the department they never contact you back...
Please if you come to Canada, AirCanada is the way to go, the price is exactly the same with better customer service!
