★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very misleading representations and deceptive marketing practices. Parking fee is advertised as $8.00 on weekends, had a rude awakening I was charged $16.00 when I paid at the machine had parked for just 5 hours ..BE-CAREFUL it is $8.00 after 5pm on weekends

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's not much to like our dislike about a parking garage, but it's supposedly open all the time in spite of having signs saying something (I couldn't figure out what) ous closed from 12 to 1. This place seems well-maintained and kept clean.

I've been parking here for almost two years and they did significant upgrades since. There is an underground part (5 floors) and upper part (7 levels) to it which is not heated in winter. The security people are friendly and it feels like they know almost everyone in the parking. The spaces are big enough and usually the drivers respect the spaces.
I recommend! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought the staff working was really friendly, honest, and helpful. We came to visit Montreal from the US and didn't realize our hotel we chose had no parking lot. In a panic we searched for somewhere to park and basically turned into the first place we could. However, we we're pretty happy with where we ended up. Our car seemed pretty safe, it was well lit everywhere, and we parked right next to an elevator. There were plenty of paying stations and the pricing was pretty easy to understand. We were there for two full days and spent 50 dollars. Could we have found a cheaper place to park? Probably. But overall we were pretty satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY AWAY FROM THIS PARKING!!! This is the last place you park your car. I got my monthly membership there since my office was close to the parking and their price was cheaper than others in downtown. This is what happened to my car ( photos) their ceiling was leaking and it is still leaking and it destroyed my brand new car. When I went to the office, they gave me an email address and told me to send an email to that. The email was wrong and email never got delivered!!! Staff were rude and they were a bit friendly when they were taking my money at the beginning . I did not get compensated for the damage, I canceled my membership and when I wanted to return the access card they refused to return my 20$ deposit for the card by saying we never said the deposit will be refunded. 3 month after canceling my membership they sent me an Invoice and asked for the monthly payment.
