★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No atienden su linea telefonica y si atienden tiene tiempo de espera de mas de 30 minutos siempre. No son resposables ni les importa la seguridad de sus viajeros. Solo les interesa cobrar dinero sin respaldarlo con un servicio apropiado. Copa Airlines es la peor aerolinea de America.
No tienen problema en dejar a un pasajero en cualquier ciudad sin darle explicaciones ni ninguna solucion.
They do not answer their telephone line and if they do they always have a waiting time of more than 30 minutes. They are not responsible nor do they care about the safety of their travelers. They are only interested in collecting money without backing it up with an appropriate service. Copa Airlines is the worst airline in America.
They have no problem in leaving a passenger in any city without giving explanations or any solution.

They simply forgot to attach a tag to my bag and left my luggage in Toronto, never delivered it to Cuba in spite of the report submitted the same day. We spent our vacation without anything on a small island (Cayo Largo) where you can't buy much.
Fortunately I was able to recover my bag in Toronto on my way back. At this point I wasn't able to get any compensation at all.
They simply don't care. Even Transport Canada was not able to help much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse airline company I ever dealt with. On our way back to Montreal from Varadero, they lost our daughter's stroller, we called the company at multiple times, they never answered the phone, we left messages everytime, but they never called back. It's been 3 weeks since we came back..
