They delivered the wrong order and were unreachable throughout the entire day which resulted in my 8 year old daughter not having the princess cupcakes she was looking forward to. After at least a dozen calls and 2 emails, I still haven't been reimbursed and no one has proactively contacted me to apologize. Mistakes happen but the way they've handled the mistake is the reason I'll never order from them again.

These cupcakes do not taste as good as they look. They're pretty dry and uneventful. My standard for what a good cupcake tastes like is "Georgetown Cupcakes" in Washington DC
All to say, pretty disappointing cupcakes and I tried both the vanilla and pumpkin.
Nonetheless, very friendly customer service :)

During these times with all the stress, these little gems were perfect to lift spirits on a birthday where family can not get together. Thank you!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Definitely never again. Placed a cake request over a week in advance for 25 people and I was quoted a 210$ which I agreed to, thinking you pay for what you get. No details about the size or reason for the price, but fine that was my mistake to trust such an establishment . On the delivery date which was a Saturday am, to my shock I receive an extremely small cake, barley enough for 10 people (people laughed at the size) . I call the store and get tossed from store to store, (one of which doesn’t even have a functional phone line) finally at 4:30 pm get an answer “sorry, we have no acting manager on the weekend in any of our stores, so we can’t do anything, and the cake was made by someone the DAY BEFORE, who is not working today”. I was told to call back Monday to speak to the manager, who although respectful simply said “ sorry no partial refunds, but I agree it does sound like a lot for what you got”, then she tells me I’ll speak to my boss again and call you back tomorrow. I wait the next day, still no call ! So when I follow up with her, this time I get “sorry, absolutely no refund” and when I asked how come you didn’t call me to tell me that, although you said you would, her answer was “I was told by corporate not to call you”.
Wow, what a disappointing way of handling customers. I feel like I was ripped off, a pricey lesson to learn.
