★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re looking for a great ice cream and phenomenal customer service you will find it here at Ben & Jerry’s location in the heart of downtown Montreal. The owner Lee who had the privilege of meeting today provided such an amazing experience. I can’t wait to come back and next time I get a double scoop of chunky monkey.
Ben & Jerry’s corporation This one’s for you, I just wanted to let you know that this owner takes pride in what they do and they are such a phenomenal representation of such an amazing brand that you have built. I hope you have more franchise owners such as Lee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ice cream was great but service was horrible. The guy that served us Zero smile didn't say a word no hello no thanks no good by. Every one was on their cell phone the only word he said was 2 dollars when we went to get a bottle of water. It will be a long time before you'll ever see me in one of your establishments again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ice cream scopes are awesome. You can have a big cone with three scopes for ~9 CAD. It could be a nicer experienc if the serving process was faster, for example there were more than one personnel at a time. I faced a line almost every time I went there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasty, over priced Ice cream. Kawartha ice cream is much better. The first staff we spoke to, an Asian fellow, was lovely and friendly. The second, a white guy with long hair and a red hat, was rude and annoyed he had to get off his phone to ring up our order. Store was not clean, tables were covered in spilt ice cream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude customer service. Right from the cashier to the owner. They do not greet and are not polite at all. Be VERY careful that if you bring up a problem to them, they pretend to be apologetic and then the owner illegally starts recording you. Avoid this branch at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely experience. Went into Ben and Jerry’s for the first time and the lady was so helpful and cheerful. She suggested what we should order and we were so pleased. Must try are the fresh waffle cones. So good. But it’s big, so you should be really hungry or else order a kids size.
