E	Em on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, not at all worth it for the price. At almost $9, I got a waffle cone with two surprisingly small scoops of ice cream that I could have purchased at the grocery store. There was nothing special about anything -- the cone, the flavours, the presentation, etc. There's a lot of other gourmet ice cream places in Montreal that I would recommend rather than here, as the cost was one of the highest I have ever paid for ice cream.

Can’t blame her, as she was alone serving so many people. Management should hire more people to low down the stress that one employee must carry.
L	Laura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am an absolute fan of Ben and Jerry’s tub ice cream, so when I saw there was a shop in the city, this became a must-go place for me. However, the flavours here were ordinary and lacklustre. Most disappointing was portion size. Two scoops here is equivalent to one scoop at any other ice cream shop. Overall a very subpar experience.

They asked for a flavour that was sold out and the employee, Sarah, was very rude to them. When they payed they had to tap twice and the employee again, was rude to them. When it was our turn we asked what flavours were available and the employee rudely said “whatever is on the paper”. My husband picked a flavour that was on the paper and the employee said, with a very frustrated tone, “we’re sold out, pick another one”. This happened three times. After serving us I asked the employee what her name was because she was very rude and she said “I dong owe you that information”. When I asked again she claimed not to understand English even though she had been interacting with us and the people ahead of us in English the whole time. Eventually, she said her name was Sarah but who knows if that’s true. It was not busy and there was no reason to be rude. We will never come here again and I hope you don’t either.
N	Nikki Man on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Short line, helpful service, wide variety of flavours. What more can you ask for? Even with their smallest size, you get two scoops and you can get two different flavours for each scoop. My favourites are The Tonight Show flavour and chunky monkey.
R	Ramandeep Kaur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. The girl working there named Sarah was so rude just because we asked a few questions. She was annoyed at everything we asked. She was not welcoming at all. She got our order wrong and when I told her it’s wrong she said why didn’t you tell me before and started yelling at me. I asked her the difference between two flavours and she literally said it’s written on the paper. I later called the manager and the manager said Im lying and that can’t happen cause Sarah is a very sweet girl and that she’s been working with them all summer. The manager got mad at me for even calling and yelled at me for making stuff up. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced something like this. You’re rude to a customer for no reason. Your annoyed that there’s customers in the shop, at this point why are you even open for business if your annoyed by customers.
M	Mélanie LB on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on a sunny Sunday afternoon, might have had the same idea as many others... There were unfortunately only two employees, doing their best to serve everyone. I waited a good 15-20min in line before making my order. Maybe I went at the wrong time but the location seemed understaffed. The employees seemed to be working very hard. I also felt COVID safe. But then, with the masks, the plexiglass and everything, it was hard to understand each other and I didn't get the flavor I ordered. There is no space to hang out and you can't stay inside for safety reasons. Compared to other ice cream shops, I thought the products were a bit expensive. You dont have the option to get only 1 scoop. So you start at around $8/person and you go up with the cones options. The flavors are still the originals though, you won't be disappointed. All the classics are there, Cherry Garcia and everything.
