★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miserable customer service at this store. I visited to do a simple online return of a single item. An older man was at the cash - didn’t bother to actually greet me in any way (a hello would be nice to actually welcome your customers!) and barked orders at me. Politeness is the bare minimum in customer service, and I did not receive even that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor customer service. Rude old man at cash register was ignorant about how to proceed for a simple return and lashed at customer (item bought online). Store manager noticed that but didn't help. Store manager just continued loitering lazing around doing nothing and feigning not noticing the old cashier's incompetence. A transaction that shouldn't take more than 3 minutes took 20 minutes. Store poorly stocked staffed with unhelpful employees expending their work time just idling even if the store is full of customers. This Levis outlet is a strong candidate for a well deserved bankruptcy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good collection and super helpful staff. Went in to buy a jeans and was done in like 10 minutes. Jeans range from $98 onwards. Those on sale might be cheaper though. This who like Levi's can go here straight away. You will wait at the gate for someone to escort you. They also have a custom tailor section where you can get patches, coloured threads etc.
Would recommend this store.
