★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a pair of sport shoes for work. And the one I tried on was a little too narrow for me on certain part. I felt like I was wearing high heels.
So I asked the sale person if they have any model with broader width.
He replied: “No. not in this store.” Then he walked away.
He didn’t bother to ask me any specific questions. Didn’t offer me any other options. Didn’t tell me to check online (where they have shoes for broader width). But simply tell me No and go to another store.
Excuse me. I shopped at Sketchers before so I know my feet can fit in some of your model. My feet are not that wide!!!!!
Im giving it one star because actually I found out a new brand at Footlocker instead. ASICS for those that are interested. It’s very comfy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff the working male guy over here is really rude, i bought a pair of snow shoes for 69$ , the right shoe was not at all comfartable , i can't even walk a kilometre wearing it , i went to the store and the guy working over there was not even bothered to answer my questions , one of the worst experience buying shoes from here and I'm not even been given shoes for exchange , i asked the fellow what about my money , he said I'm sorry it's wasted . ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impatient staff, they wont tell you but their faces will say everything. (Its not my fault all your shoe sizes are in the backstore!) i gave it 2 stars because the products, once you find the right fit, are great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a pair of sandals for my son 45$. They didn't have the right size in store so we were offered to get them shipped home ... 9 days later ... wrong pair received. No one can help we have to go to store which is far from home to exchange. Escalating situation, I now have to wait for a waybill to send back 25$ running shoe received by mistake back to headoffice before they can resend the pair of sandals we bought at first. Not a hard customer to satisfy usually... just feel options offered are really bad ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't order online fist it take a long time then they use the worst delivery company possible loomis express they only have one place for you to pick up your order and it really far. So I hade to communicate whit the delivery company to tell them to sent back the package because I was not going to spend a 100$ in taxi to go get it. Never buying from them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice collections. Good customer service they are so good and patient in giving sizes and let us try all colours. A bit pricy but the shoe cushions are great. Very happy bought a nice shoes here. This store is the best store for sports shoes compared to other shoe stores in this mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CHEAPEST Shoes! Gf wore them for a few HOURS and not only did her feet hurt but the side of the shoe started to tear. HOURS and the store REFUSED a 2 day old purchase bc the shoe was worn! SCAMMERS SELLING DOLLARAMA SHOES WITHOUT REFUNDS!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Tons of shoe store in that mall.
