Lack of employees, slow to get served. But when we did get servered, the guy was nice and accommodating.

The people are nice BUT be careful that the employee are super junior. A male employee sounds super confident about what he says but the information I get is very wrong. Don’t hesitate to ask them to check with the manager if you don’t want to waste your time and come back again.

No business representative available for quick transactions. If you have a store in Eaton Center or close to this BMO branch, you will have to wait in line for long time just to get change or drop your deposits as they have no "quick business" counter for business customers. Also, it takes about 1 week (sometimes more) for them to treat a deposit made in their own deposit boxes. Poeple are friendly, but the branch is not well organized/staffed

The front desk customer rep has no idea of what to do. Unprofessional, rude and cold. I've dealt with BMO branches across Canada, this one is by far the WORST! Closed my account and bye.

Props to BMO Bank of Montreal Bank of Montreal Ste-Catherine and Robert-Bourassa branch. The manager came to pick me out of the line to help accelerate service. He patiently listened to my laundry list of things I wanted to do financially, went through all the information with me and help me fix a bunch of things and apply to a USD credit card. He also put me in touch with their investment account manager, personal account manager (who helped me to transfer investments from the US by calling the US branch) and setup a meeting with their business accounts manager. I like how they let you see the operation screen when they're doing operations so you can make sure that everything is correct. Free Internet, seating areas, helpful and knowledgeable employees. No big windows separating the clients with the account managers. Light years ahead from the banking experience in China and the US.

Walked in the branch a few times and the environment is quite intimidating! not friendly nor welcoming at all. One of the customer service girl seems to get frustrated a lot when helping and I heard her swear under her breath a couple of times in her language & say the f word. The other french customer service girl is very rude as well. Both are not welcoming at all. Seems like a stuck up, intimidating & unfriendly environment.
