★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of their items are good quality and reasonably-priced, some items are just cheap disposable shoes, and the customer service is next to zero, zilch, rien, nada. I spent 15 minutes asking a salesperson to get me a pair of shoes but the employees simply ignore the customers, pass by and look the other way. I just went to Soft Moc, bought the same boots with 25% discount and received much better customer service. SoftMoc got my $120 ... Globo got $0

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The polite young man at the cash with the awesome "look" and intricate tattoos could be a professional model.
This gentleman manned the cash like a *pro*!
Under the "grueling" pressure of fatigued, last-minute winter boot shoppers, he greeted each one with great professionalism and charm.
I am satisfied with my sturdy, comfortable new winter boots! And I know exactly where to go for all of my footwear needs in the future.
Of note, the store was quite warm, in part I think by the intense lighting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. I was charged for a gel cleaner that they try to sell you even though I said no and did not want to purchase. When i got home and looked in the bag sure enough the cleaner was in there and i was charged for it. I then went to return it and after waiting for the manager to come back from a break to return the item she told me it was final sale and can not return it. She finally agreed to return it however she said the bristles were wet and accused me of using and refused to return it. I did not use this product nor did I even agree to purchase it. She was incredibly rude, then proceeded to write the customer service number down and then threw everything back at me and stormed to the back of the store.
