★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shockingly bad - don't buy anything from these people - Its been over 24 hours since i bought from you a prepaid chip in good faith.
24 hours without access to mail, google maps or phone calls. all because i trusted your company to deliver what it promised.
In those 24 hours i have emailed your customer service 3x (not a single reply), talked to your customer service 1x (and they promised after over 30 mins talking to them and being on hold my account would be active and phone working in 2 hours - a lie).
And my phone number and service has never worked.
i want a full refund of the 74.74 CDN that i paid you on Sunday. I walked 45 mins to the store i bought it from today - they refused and said they were not authorized.
I then went to Rogers and got an account working in 10mins!
i think your customer service is shocking and your company's technology and ethics are worse.
Kindly contact me to refund my money. thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m not Canadian and besides from my passport I was told this evening that I had to give my SIN to get a sim card and get a contract with them, which I didn’t want to of course. I went to Fido next door and got a contract with them with my passport and work visa :) much more recommended for newcomers…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No matter how nice and friendly the clerc was, we could not have the clerk in shop do anything. They keep saying you have to go online or over the phone. Then they tell you you need to wait 10 days to open à New account. We went next door to the compétition and got everything we needed in 30 minutes. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest when I left the store I was super happy with the service, but then I received my phone bill it was the opposite of what the employee Alexandre told me. The phone carrier I was with was closing down and said would transfer me to Koodo with certain offers, so I went into the store. They couldn’t find the offers quoted but he tried his best to give me a deal and said they would apply even though it looked different on document. I was suspicious but went ahead since I could cancel the plan in 2 weeks for free and sure enough when I got my bill it was exactly as on document and none of the “deals” he applied had went through. I’ve travelled a lot and have had a lot of experiences with purchasing sim cards from different phone companies but this is the first time I feel like I was lied to and scammed and will be cancelling my plan.
