★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales associate was either racist or lazy because she refused to do my online return, and when I mentioned that the website states that you can do online returns in store, she was rude to me and told me to do it online, it was free. I was well aware of that fact but I just like it better in store because the postal service is extremely busy this time of the year. I went to another Reitmans and they did my return right away. I had all the proper card, bill and tags.
