★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service après vente absolument nul,pendant mes achats,je précise à la vendeuse que ce sont des achats pour ma fille qui passe des examens médical donc que je vais lui faire essayer les vêtement quand elle auras terminer et je précise aussi que nous habitons à 3h30 de route,elle ne parle de rien de leur fameuse politique,aucun remboursement,échange ou note de crédit seulement,je retourne environs 2 heures après ,rien ne lui fait,la première vendeuse ni est plus donc nous parlons avec celle qui es sur place,cette dame ne sais absolument pas quoi faire,ma fille regarde pour peut-être faire un échange mais ne trouve rien,la vendeuse qui es seule en boutique nous dit ,revener demain la gérante va être ici,j'explique qu'on es a 3h30 de route,on ne peut revenir le lendemain,conclusion on repart avec nos vêtements sans solution ,en plus elle ne sais pas faire de note de crédit donc perte de 131.00,je vous déconseil de faire vos achat chez lace avec un si mauvais service après vente et surtout leur politique de remboursement.
Absolutely zero after-sales service, during my purchases, I tell the seller that these are purchases for my daughter who is undergoing medical exams so that I will have her try on the clothes when she finishes and I also specify that we live at 3:30 am on the road, she talks nothing about their famous policy, no refunds, exchanges or credit notes only, I return around 2 hours later, nothing does, the first seller nor is more so we talk with the one who are on site , this lady has absolutely no idea what to do, my daughter is looking to perhaps make an exchange but finds nothing, the saleswoman who is alone in the store tells us, come back tomorrow the manager will be here, I explain that we are 3h30 drive, we can not return the next day, conclusion we leave with our clothes without solution, in addition she can not make a credit note therefore loss of 131.00, I do not recommend making your purchase at lace with such a bad after sales service and above all their refund policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J avais acheter un manteau qui avais un defaut la doublure remontais quand je marchais .au tel la proprietaire n as pas du tout ete gentille elle ne croyais pas ce que je lui expliquais.meme que la vendeuse lui a fait la remarque.j ai choisi parce que je n avais pas de choix un autre manteau que je n ai jamais porter. Mauvaise experience.
I had bought a coat that had a defect, the lining went up when I walked. As the owner was not at all nice, she did not believe what I was explaining to her. Even the saleswoman pointed it out to her. I chose because I had no choice another coat that I never wear. Bad experience.

They do not tell you upfront that if you buy an item and want to return it you can't get back your money only a store credit...in other words they want to keep your money and don't want to give it back. You either buy something the exact price or lose your money or pay more...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the style, I love that they carry some Canadian made and quality items. I do not like the sad fact that stores don't seem to want to tell you things ate final sale before you pay. And the last reviewer says they don't refund. It's hard to not prefer to go online for deals and law-abiding consumer friendly rules to boot. Sigh
