★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to this store to return my online order, as the online returns process seemed like it was going to be a pain, and immediately was told that the shoes (that I'm returning due to being too small to even try on my feet) are too worn and cannot be accepted. I then waited while David (seemingly the manager) proceeded to badmouth me to the corporate customer service line in french, telling them I'm probably trying to defraud them before they can form their own opinion. While I admit that I didn't even look closely at the shoes' condition upon receipt, the condition they were in today was clearly not worn. Completely unprofessional service, and a clear reminder why I've shyed away from Foot Locker in the past. I will at the very least avoid this location like the plague.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just called to ask about a shoe color and got a female staff who couldn’t give me any real answers about a shoe. When I asked to speak to a manager cause she really couldn’t be bothered, she refused. I asked several times who the manager was and for their name and again she refused, after asking three times she said, “Pete”.
I then asked her when Peter would be in and she said she didn’t know, and then she said she would put me on hold but hung up on me.
It’s sad that this is the kind of customer service one gets from Footlocke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager with french language doesn’t know how to talk to their customers. She was really rude and made us feel humiliated that lady is so unprofessional and some of the staff members too. They literally made us feel insulted I’m never going to that foot locker again. Staff needs to learn how to behave with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shenequa told me to lay under her feet, she then rubbed her socked feet under my nose, the smell almost made me climax, soon her socks were off and i was lucky enough to have my face buried in the soles of her feet, i enjoyed it so much i knew i had a foot fetish.
