★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. They also charge for the use of their Canada Post tape and the money is funneled to the boutique (clearly fraudulant). Canada Post should investigate. Avoid at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this post office at all costs. Horrible service, rude clerk and they charge for taping your parcel, which is normally included in the Post Canada basic services. I urge you to visit another Post Office.

Short:
Pertinent information. Service could be improved. Wasted time due to non accommodative service and mistakes by one staff member. Staff: overall nice except the man: could be nicer
Two stars: 1) Strategic location 2) Initial good service
Long:
First experience: Good service from the woman. Man could be nicer.
Second experience: Expressly presented myself at the counter to assure a letter for work respected Canada Post standards: letter was returned to my office for not respecting Canada Post dimensions. The employee who served me was new. Mistakes happen.
Third experience: Man at the counter provided pertinent information though primarily goal seems to be focused on having as less customers presenting themselves at the counter as possible. Customer service could be improved.
Fourth and last experience: My time was wasted once again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted this boutique by phone to complain about an issue I had at the post office within Boutique Voila. When I called, the person who picked up informed me that the post office had a different number and he couldn't help me. I kindly asked him to transfer me or give me the phone number of the post office- he told me to check it myself. I said, "Are you serious?" and he responded by saying he was busy and he hung up. This boutique and the Canada Post inside will not be getting my business in the future.

Went in for 2 stamps, ended up buying for my grandchildren, 3 Canadiens t-shirts, 2 Canadiens tuque... He was extremely thankful of my business. I wish him and his business the best. Thank you for your respectful kindness and customer service. I will be back.
