★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to purchase a Tudor Watch and brought along my nephew to look for his first watch, as he’s about to graduate from university. The young salesperson, Jay Zhao, was very professional and considerate to my nephew. She even took the time to show him a couple of Rolex models.
To me, as a regular customer and my love for watches, it impacted me how the salesperson pushed the enveloppe further by introducing him to the world of watches. Definetly, she got herself a new customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff. I get my watch serviced there and I often drop by looking for new Rolex releases. It’s such a shame that selfish creeps buy them only to resell them at a huge premium on the secondary market. In addition to turning people off to the brand, it’s a pathetic means of making money. But Birks is very professional and accommodating to the true enthusiast.

He talked to me like I was a friend and not like a commission. If you ever need something from Birks, Melvin is the person to talk to. Best experience I've ever had in a jewelry store.
