★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing staff. Gino was more than helpful and answered every question I had. He showed me similar works to what I wanted and worked with me to complete the final setting. I had brought my own diamond and he didn't mind at all. Much kinder than the other jewelers I went and see. If you want easy service for quality work, you've found the right place. My girlfriend has gotten plenty of compliments on her ring from random people just walking around. Rest assured that Ex Aurum is absolutely the best ring shop in Montreal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get my ring resized, and was told that may have to replace a few of the gems as they were chipped/cracked. Finally, didn't need to replace any of them, and the cost came well below the estimate, even without replacing anything! Very happy with the result. I would encourage you to deal with the same person each time you call, as I called twice and was told different things when I spoke with someone else. But all was perfect when I went back and spoke to the same person who first served me!
