★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please change your store hours to reflect when you are actually opened please. Made a trip downtown yesterday (friday). Got there at 8:20pm and the employees just screamed “we’re closed” (google says store should be opened until 9pm). Very unpleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there in the madness of pre Christmas shopping! Employees were cheerful, upbeat and attentive. Made it a joy to shop there, even with the long lines and the sheer pandemonium of the Complexe Les Ailes.
Special shout out to assistant manager Eric and cashier Malik for being absolute angels dealing with me as I ordered online trying to streamline things but ended up making it more complicated! They didn't rush me, never got annoyed at my incompetence haha! They were friendly, kind and attentive throughout.
Will definitely make it my go to store!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite gamestops. Great customer service, friendly staff and very enthusiastic supervisor. During my last visit it was during the release date of Pokemon Arceus. The supervisor manage the pre-release line amazingly, keeping people in line check and prioritize the reservation customers. Great place to drop by and looks for amazing game. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. Went directly to this location looking for a newly released game. Saw it on the shelf and waited a while in line while employees were not servicing customers. Eventually was told the game we came in for was out of stock. I asked that they take the packaging off the shelves if it was out of stock because we just wasted our time in line. Was dismissed and told we could have just asked instead of waiting in line. We didn't see the point in asking someone if we figured they had it, seeing as it was on the shelf. No employees were on the sales floor to ask however, and the assumption should be that if the case is on the shelf, you have it. Wanted to support an actual game store, but we'll take our business online instead.
