★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Products of very good quality in overall. The prices are very interesting when there is a sale. Sales are really worthy here. However, regular prices are little bit high. That's the only bad point of the store. I was helped by a very skilled employee there. I really praise her knowledge of the products and her helpfulness in assisting me in my shopping time. Great place to visit for home products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the best selection of bedsheets for twin XL. The prices were ridiculous. I found 500 count cotton sheet set at Winners for twin XL for 35$! At Linen Chest it was 65$ for the sheet alone and it was 300 count! Linen Chest is more ideal for comforters, blankets and quilts. Bedsheets there is not much of a selection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually write bad reviews, but here goes...I ordered a glass ice bucket online, it was on sale. I called the store on St. Catherine to let them know I was there to pick up the item, and the manager informed me to go into their paid parking garage and to the Linen Chest parking area where an employee will bring down my item and they will give me a ticket stub to pay for parking, which they didn't. I called them right away to let them know that the employees didn't give me a ticket stub for parking, they tell me sorry we ran out of those stubs and I will have to pay for parking myself, thank God it wasn't much. Then when I get home and open up the box and take out the glass ice bucket, it looks used! The bottom of the bucket has white residue that doesn't come off, I tried washing it off but nothing, it just looks used. Unfortunately, this item was for a gift basket I was making which I was giving to the person that day. Very disappointed with the quality of their product and their service, especially since Linen Chest items are overpriced, so you'd think it would be at least be quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience shopping at this downtown location from the moment I descended the escalator! It started with the personalized & knowledgeable service offered by their sales representative named Simon, to the amazing products offered at very reasonable pricing. I was able to purchase the large ticket item I was looking for very quickly, thanks to Simon’s professional guidance and advice all the way through, right up until the end where he graciously offered to gift wrap my purchase. I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service, and will most definitely be back when needing to purchase any homeware items/ gifts etc... Thank you/merci beaucoup!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good selection and some items I only find here. The staff have been quite kind and helpful every time I’ve been. Location isn’t ideal though when going by car (parking) and it is hard to shop properly if you go by metro (for carrying Them I mean).

She’s patient and friendly❤️?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother bought an item in the Lasalle branch and found the customer service very accommodating, 5 stars for them. However, the one in Promenade Cathedral, it was a completely different experience. In the process of returning an item, the staff was really rude, as if they were looking down on you. So many questions asked for the reason of return, never had we had such a complicated return experience, not to mention the rude staff members. If we return a unused item valued at 30$ - , why call a supervisor to "justify" and approve a return an item of that value? Why do they need to "contest" my mother's reason of return? Yes, i said it.. "contest". Rudely. Never going back to this branch ever again.
