Simply outstanding! The store is huge with beautiful selection for every taste and style. But the best part had to have been the service which was personable and professional by Anthony. He clearly has a sense of style and quickly understood what I was looking for. He took the time to guide me through the store to help me with my choices. I got gorgeous stuff!!! Anthony really took care of me and made sure to hold my things for later pick up since I was unable to take the merchandise home for a few weeks. He also honoured a pricing mistake on one of the items. I feel really great about my purchases and with that kind of service will definitely be back soon! This store manager is a gem with great taste! A great match for the high calibre store!

We are very pleased with our first order from Mobilia which was placed online during this crazy time of COVID-19. It was for a rather large piece and was just delivered within the time frame that was provided – without fuss. The customer service team was friendly and prompt. We haven't unboxed yet but we have been delighted with our experience – can't wait to see the dresser set up! Thanks, Mobilia!

Below average customer service. We ordered our table in December and we were supposed to get it delivered at the of January. In February I still had no news and when I called to follow up I have been informed that they would only deliver it in March. Today I called again - the table has been there for ONE week already and yet nobody could pick up the phone and give me a call. They blamed everything on covid, you know.. everything gets delayed, we are short staff.. Covid doesn't stop you from updating a client! Let alone the 3 month delay, I guess BASIC COMMUNICATION and FOLLOWING UP with their customers is far beyond Mobilia's employees' abilities. Very disappointing.

I have no problems with the sales department...They are nice people. The problem is with the non existent 'after sales' service. After you buy an item, pray that the item you bought have no problems/defects. They will direct you to an after sales agent that will say the words you want to hear the first time and then ignore you after. I bought an item from them, sadly it was broken. After speaking to an agent the first time, i was pleased that they will replace the item (which i thought was great, and as it should be). I was told to wait for a call from the shipping department to schedule a pickup. I waited for a week and i recieved no calls. ONE WEEK WAIT IS ALREADY TOO MUCH, I have an item in the house I paid for at a premium price taking up space and eyesore instead of a center piece. I called 'after sales' service but nobody was there to pickup, I left a message requesting a callback. My call weren't returned. I e-mailed them and same result, no reponse. I made multiple calls and e-mails requesting to call and update me about the replacement but I recieved no response. i was blatantly ignored. As if I was the one botherring them, and i was wasting their time. This has been going on for the past four weeks. I got fed up and wrote an e-mail to return the item. It seems that that e-mail got their attention. The following day i got a call to schedule the pick. [yup! waited for four weeks for that call, i only got the call as sson as i requested to return the item] I can't believe that i would have to resort to 'return and full refund' to get their attention. Check your items before accepting them! Try to avoid after 'sales service' that doesn't exist.

Really bad customer service. There is an Asian sales person who seems like he doesn’t want to help with questions, giving off bad attitude and short answers. I was shocked at the bad customer service and didn’t feel comfortable.

Placed an order December 15th, and haven't received any confirmation or update on status. Sent out an email without any response. Called the store and was told the only way to contact them was via the email. Under the circumstances of the pandemic I understand the strain on customer service. Will update the review accordingly when the issue if / is resolved. UPDATE original review was 2/5 Received a call shortly after my review, they assured me the order was complete and on its way. (I never received any shipping email updates) Although it did take about 2 months to receive my order, the team at Mobilia insured I was constantly in the loop and updated. Will pick up my side table in the coming days, and will update if there's anything to update about.

The worst buying experience !!!!!! I have been waiting for my brand NEW NEW NEW bed for 6 MONTH, even they promised only 3 month will be arrived after I bought last year Sep. I personally understand all the shipping issues because of COVID, and accepted the delay. TODAY, they delivered a FLOOR SAMPLE BED to me!!!!!!!!!!! ARE THEY CHEATING ME!!!!! If I didn't pay attention before they install everything, I will be totally in their FRAUD!!! I have never been told anything about the floor sample!!!. I am totally disappointed with their service!!! It will be my last order !!!!

I must say, when I bought those two pieces of furniture I was proud of what I purchased. However, I must warn anyone who thinks about buying it next furniture set there. I was openly lied to. The seller recommended me to take the insurance, telling me How great the insurance was, in fact, I only had to make a phone call and I would have someone over taking care of it replacing whatever piece was damaged. I spent around 400$ for that insurance if not more. Well, let me tell you. I had two problems, and I got denied help or free repair twice. The first time their reason was because I waited more than 2 weeks. The second reason was because they do not cover any piece that was moved within or out of the apartment or from one place to the other. This is simply a joke. I will never ever bought anything again at Mobilia. And if you were thinking about buying anything there, go to structube, the quality is somehow better for much cheaper.
