La livraison et l'installation des meubles par des professionnels s'est passée de manière parfaite. Bref, si vous aimez le style des produits, vous ne devriez pas être déçu.
The in-store teams are very friendly and professional, and interior design advice is really appreciated. The delivery and installation of the furniture by professionals went perfectly. In short, if you like the style of the products, you should not be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous sommes très content du canapé et de la table que nous avons acheté le printemps dernier. Nos meubles ont été livré comme prévu et le service de montage à été efficace et rapide. Le livreur a même identifié une pièce défectueuse et il s'est assuré de faire le nécessaire pour qu'elle soit remplacée. Nous sommes satisfait et retournerons bientôt en magasin pour trouver des chaises pour notre table de salle a manger.
We are very happy with the sofa and the table that we bought last spring. Our furniture was delivered as planned and the assembly service was efficient and quick. The delivery person even identified a defective part and made sure that everything was done to have it replaced. We are satisfied and will soon return to the store to find chairs for our dining table.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De jolis meubles pour un prix qui, bien que conséquent, n'est pas stratosphérique. La table commandée semble de très bonne facture.
L'accueil en boutique fut très agréable et le temps nécessaire a été pris pour répondre à nos questions et échanger sur nos besoins.
Seuls bémols, les délais (imposés par l'usine et le transport en bateau) sont longs, et il faut attendre les soldes (3x par an avec le Black Friday) pour avoir un remise.
Nice furniture for a price which, while substantial, is not stratospheric. The ordered table seems very well made.
The welcome in the store was very pleasant and the necessary time was taken to answer our questions and discuss our needs.
Only downsides, the deadlines (imposed by the factory and the boat transport) are long, and you have to wait for the sales (3x per year with Black Friday) to get a discount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found so many different items of furniture that we had been looking for for months, storage, shelves, a bed, a pouf to transform our sofa to be able to sleep 2 persons. Everything was very contemporary so it fit within our décor. Because the furniture is so well-designed and flexible, we were able to just order items that we thought we were going to have to make to measure, so although the cost was of a serious nature, it was stil about half of what we had originally budgeted. The quality is excellent, solid, everything actually fits together well, and the impeccable installation was done with lasers, by a very competent and agreeable crew. The sales lady was very knowledgeable, very low pressure, with advice geared towards making our house look its best, not primarily towards making a sale. I wish we needed more stuff so I could shop some more at BoConcept.

Communicating initially from New Zealand Eduardo ordered the panel and communicated with us regularly ensuring that we received or order at our new home in Canada. Highly recommended.
