★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently purchased two items there. I had already bought a sofa at another Structube 10 years ago and figured I’d only shop there since I know they have the style I want. Shopped online, made a list and went to the store to try the different options. Half of the items online, they did not have in store, but the worse part was the service. There were 3 employees: an older man, a younger man and a woman. None of them seemed to know their stock. None of them offered assistance, when I asked for assistance they would answer one question and leave. I had to be served by all three to get enough answers to be able to make a decision. None of them bothered to suggest or give recommendations to help me with my choice. Furthermore, instead of accompanying customers through the store they would yell answers from one end of the store to the other, making other customers annoyed in the middle of their « conversation ». Very bad customer service (and COVID has nothing to do with it).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent amount of items ro get an idea of their build and quality. The staff didn't bother me while I had my headphones on and answered my question as best they could. I'm not giving 5 stars because nothing was Impressive and the person I talked to on the phone before going felt like she didn't care whether or not I could be a potential buyer. They are helpful but they are not sales persons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service. They treated my mother with so much respect and assisted her with all her needs. They followed up with her through the whole process. The couch she bought was delivered promptly. I am very satisfied with the courteous service provided. Definitely looking forward towards buying new furniture for my future home at this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw something online and came to buy it here. Kevin served me and was soo helpful and kind. They were all very friendly. It turned out to be smaller then I had expected, even though I loved it it just wasn't right for me-im over 6 ft. I was able to return it with no problems within my 7 day grace period. They were cool about it. I have no problem buying again here. I'll just make sure of the measurements better next time. I have my my on something but haven't decided yet. Thank you Structube

The shops are nicely displayed and is inviting to walk around and imagine how it can fit into your home.
The staff is very helpful and will help you with the ordering process and answers any questions that you might have.
