Today I arrived at 1800 with the sign showing “ouvert” only to get denied service in the rudest possible way by 2 employees one of whom claimed to be a manager, highly unlikely, only a frustrated, rude, and impolite person
32 years later, you lost a customer with 3 vehicles!
Shame on you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better off at a touchless automated car wash than a regular exterior wash here. Started from the bottom where the car is dirtiest, and did not rinse the mitt, but used all across the car. Was not dried fully so when I drove off, lots of water came out of the side mirrors and left water marks on the side of car. If youre in a rush, do not come during peak hours. Even if you did not take the interior option, you have to wait for the cars in front that did. (Forgot to take pictures)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here for an interior/exterior car wash. The exterior wash was ok but the interior was poorly done. They did not vacuum properly, did not clean the seats nor the carpet properly. When the wash was done, I asked where they put my car keys and they said it was in the car, so I left just to realize that they never gave me back my key fob.. thank God I had my spare keys with me. I had to drive. back from West Island to Jean-talon for that mistake. It says they close at 6pm, I arrive there around 4:30 and they’re already closed. I ended up seeing someone inside that was ready to leave and asked for my keys back. Waste of time and money. Will not be coming back.

Poorly cleaned interior. I had to wip3 tge dust of my speedometer with my fingers. Vacuum was just ok. They have air freshners, masks and accessories sold so not bad
