★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love this place. By far the best authentic Persian Rug location in Montreal. All their rugs are of amazing quality and the many different styles makes it difficult (in a good way) to properly make a choice. Thank god I was serviced by a great salesman who took care of me from the beginning until the end and made sure I had picked the right rug for my office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a rare 100-year old antique carpet from Mr. Bashir in January 2021. It is very beautiful and I simply love it. The service at the store was very supportive. We were in the covid lock-down which required a great deal of patience. They helped me to have the carpet delivered and it arrived in perfect condition on the correct day. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bashir Persian Rugs is a great place to buy beautiful floor rugs. I met both Mr. Shuja Bashir and his son Asif Bashir. I told Asif want I wanted and he showed me dozens of rugs and I eventually picked one that pleased all my senses (I love Persian rugs). Prices are reasonable and each rug I saw was high quality hand made. We quickly agreed to a sale price and Asif packed the rug and a pad for it.
I arrived at the store about 4:15 pm and Asif patiently showed me rugs until I found one I wanted to buy. The store closes at 5:00 pm and all of the staff went home around that time. We concluded my purchase around 6:00 pm.
I had technical issues with hailing an ride back home on Uber. Asif and Shuja spoke to the Uber driver on the phone, giving him directions to the store (because the Uber app gave the driver my last location by mistake). Asif guided the Uber driver to the store and stayed with me until the Uber driver picked me up.
As it turns out, this store is a 5 minutes walk to a Metro station (the Orange Line). I'm taking the Metro to the store next time I need to buy a rug.
I would highly recommend this store to anyone who wants to buy a beautiful "Persian," Pakistan, Turkish, rug or rugs that are hand-made in Central Asia countries. Mr. Bahir and his son and their team (consists of long time local Montrealers) are truly expert rugs sellers. Prices are reasonable. There are thousands of rugs to chose from at this lovely, family owned and operated store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent experience regarding two area carpets which were picked up for cleaning. When carpets were picked up, assistance was provided to roll up the carpets and when they were returned a lot of care and attention was given to ensure that I was completely happy and the carpets were exactly in place. The carpets are so clean they look like the day we bought them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We sent our Persian carpet purchased 11 years ago in Istanbul. It was showing signs of needing cleaning but due to a recent wine spill decided to send it out. There are no words to describe how beautiful the carpet looks. It's like new again!!! The colors are as vibrant as the day we bought it.The price of cleaning was very good. We especially want to thank Mr. Shuja Bashir for the extra service he extended to us!!! Truly a professional family business that cares for their clients and understands that these carpets are not just decorative , but cherished pieces of art and in our case a wonderful travel memory !!! Our sincere thanks.

I almost throw away our white rug after we'd spilled the red vine on it. However, I decided to try the cleaning service first. How surprised we were when we received back a brand new rug without any spot on it. BTW, we also liked the quality and the great variety of rugs in their shop. Strongly recommend it
