★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve always left this place happy with the result of whatever service I’ve gone for, and their customer service has been good, except for one thing, they’re not great with telling their customers how long the wait is.
I’d stopped going earlier this year after waiting over an hour to get my nails done... again, but decided to go a few days ago as I was near by. When I got there it was shortly before 6 and they told me to come back in 20 minutes and they’d be ready for me, so I did and they told me to go take a seat in the back, I was still waiting at 6:45, it had been almost and hour since I’d been told it would be 20 minutes till I would be seen, I left. I don’t care if it’s going to take an hour for someone to be available to do my nails, so long as they’re honest and tell me so I can have the option of going to do something and coming back in an hour instead of just sitting there waiting and wasting my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been coming here for almost 2 months now and I absolutely love their work! They always have space for me when I come as a walk-in. I've been getting acrylic nails done for years and this is honestly one of the best spots! Will keep returning for sure ❤️?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called and made an appointment for 3:30 to do a shellac manicure, got there on time. It was so busy, they made me wait 1 hour before finally taking me. My nail technician was constantly distracted and kept stopping to talk to someone or kept getting up to do something else which ultimately, made the appointment take longer than it needed to. The job wasn't done well, my nails were not filed evenly and my shellac easily chipped on one of my nails a day later.
When I finished my appointment, I asked if I could get any sort of compensation for the wait, or if they can give me some sort of discount. My technician went over to another lady who was supposedly the manager and asked her about it. She then told me I would have to go over to the manager and explain the situation, so I simply repeated myself to the manager which resulted in no response, I was completely ignored, so when I awkwardly went back to my technician to pay, she told me she wasn't allowed to give me a discount. I didn't argue further because I didn't want to cause a scene...but the fact that the "manager" didn't even respond to me or make eye contact with me when I was right next to her was incredibly rude. I also don't understand why they would even take appointments if they would make us wait that long, what's the point of taking the appointment in the first place? I ended up leaving there at 5:15pm. thats almost 2 hours after the initial confirmed appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have tried all salons nearby and this one is the best. No salon is perfect, but this place comes close to it. The quality of the work is very good and so is the price. I hear some people complain that they have to wait and get frustrated. Here’s the trick... make an appointment! Of course if you walk in you might have to wait. I will never try any other place again and I will continue to use their services. I’m very happy and my nails feel beautiful each time I go.

I have tried other places closer to home in the past and i was never able to find the same quality of work , even for a higher price. that is why i dont mind driving there because i know it is worth it . What is great about this place is that they have high standards in the quality of their work. Of course i have my favorite technicians but no matter who does the work they really care about customer satisfaction and show great professionalism. Great price, efficient work, great nails, vast color selection. I always get compliments about my nails. THANKS GUYS :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming here for years! Crazy busy salon but a lot of loyal customers. They do the best job and I travel a lot. I'm always sad when I'm away from home too long and I have to go somewhere else. Great staff! Super friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t do a manicure the women who did my nail made my nails bleed and by the and of the day my nails came of easily. The manicure was 15$ it’s not worth it. If you go there do the pose dongle for 40$ it’s worth it my friend did hers and it’s was good for it’s price
